Fincor Construction, a leader in Multi-Family renovations is currently seeking qualified candidates for the entry-level position of Assistant Construction Manager. We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic, focused individuals who can demonstrate the ability to successfully perform in a team environment. Candidate will provide support to senior construction managers starting with pre-construction through project completion.

  • There is a physical part of the job that requires the ability to lift and move up to 50lbs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) required
  • Experience with and Salesforce preferred but not required
  • Prior construction experience preferred but not required
  • Prior experience in Multi-Family housing is preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Job Requirements:


  • Primary responsibility for this position will be the implementation, organization, tracking, procurement review and approval of all project submittals;
  • Additional secondary responsibilities to include assisting the Construction managers and Senior management;
  • Assist with the procurement of materials and services for projects in progress;
  • Assist in distributing the scope of work assignments for each subcontractor & vendor, in the procurement of contracts with vendors and suppliers;
  • Assist in the administration & tracking of project costs including participation in project accounting updates, approvals and processes;
  • Oversee projects and field Quality Control on jobsites;
  • Assist in the scheduling of all job meetings;
  • Attend all job meetings when necessary;
  • Assist in project closeout procedures.

Must have reliable and dependable transportation, a valid driver's license, and have a willingness to drive as required by the project(s). This position requires regular travel to and from renovation projects. This individual will be expected to travel about 50-75% of the time on average. Fincor offers mileage reimbursement at the government rate.
